Per Joe above, they are whatever Original Quality grade they were made to be as determined by price. You will find Allans in a wide range of grades, probably a few best work SLE's a lot of pedestrian BLE's and a few "farmer/colonial" BLNE guns. It is far more productive to consider the Original Quality grade (OQ) of the individual gun independent of brand name, although Brand Value level (BV), along with Current Condition level (CC) do factor into price.
