Last Dollar....
While many individual "lefties" (like my Dad) appreciate and enjoy gun ownership and support the Second Amendment, virtually none of the liberals with political power do. One need look no further than our U.S. Supreme Court to see 4 prime examples of SADS (Second Amendment denial syndrome). And if Obama gets reelected and has the opportunity to replace just one of the 5 "righties" on the court, the Second Amendment ceases to exist. And that's not just my opinion, that's a fact. You can read the Heller vs DC decision for yourself and see quite plainly what the 4 liberal justices think of the Second Amendment in their 90 page dissent. Howard Dean, Bill Richardson, and maybe a few other liberal Dems with political power truly do support our gun rights. But sadly, not very many, and I can't understand why most of them don't. It just doesn't make any sense. And there's no need to remind me what a dumb SOB I am; I already have a wife who does that for me on a daily basis.
