I'd take a bit more time looking.It seems you are new to sxs guns..
I just that the first one you pick up is'nt likely to be the One, possible, sure,but there are thousands out there.
There are loads of gunsites with loads of nice pic...of guns from many different countries,different styles....give them alook.
Just saying to make sure that that really is the gun you want, as it seems more than you want to spend.
What is your budget, if you don't mind me asking
Are you looking for Amercan,or open for anything nice?

Well, I am digging the idea of American made vintage guns. As far as budget...good question. I'd feel comfortable at 2k and under. But I think it is a good idea to keep looking and seeing as many as I can in person...

Jamie H, take your time. Even experienced get carried away. Having money in pocket often leads to impulse without enough asking around. American classics appeal to me---the history, part of my heritage even though common ties of blood and language were broken by the US invasion of Canada 200 years ago, the War of 1812. It changed kin to kindred. Without the war there would be no border today and we would all be Americans!
