In light of the recent thread on barrel pitting, I thought I would post this. This was posted on another forum by someone so some of you have already seen it. The gun in question is a WW Greener. It apparently was found in the original Greener case in a realatives attic. The gun appears to be in very decent condition except for the hole in the barrel. The outside of the barrels look good so if this is from internal pitting I wonder what the bores look like? Or could something else have caused this over time?
