Trying to find needed soft carding wheel I found nothing. Finally I bought huge and wide hard carding wheel and made it soft with propane torch heating wires over critical point. Moreover I burned out all greese and oil in wheel.
Then I prepare wheel for 'fine touch' using different whetstone when wheel rotates and only in one working direction.
The result is exellent and barrel steel surface turns to mirrow with every other step after rusting
