I also suggest talking with Mike Orlen and forgetting about Briley's. This is far enough outside the realm of Briley's "usual" work (screw in choke tubes) that I would not trust them with it. They tend to have a habit of really screwing up "custom" work where they have to analyze a problem and think out a solution. I have been there and done that, as have others here.
