Incidentally I am aware of the proclivities of some to regard birds as game which others regard as sacrosanct from my abiding interest in all hunting around the world, made easier via the web. But then I come from a region where a species of heron is considered the premier game bird!
The Hungarian connection, as far as I can make out, is because Greece is not part of the CIP union and so Lambro uses the Hungarian proof house which is part of CIP. Probably reasons of cost.
