IMO, Tony didn't know some of the bad ones got out. The pressure to get guns out pushed his company to release lower quality beyond what he would have allowed personally. I cancelled.
Chuck - Your comment above seems generous in appraising Tony Galazan's intentions and damning of his management skills. How CSMC responds to pressure to get guns out is his responsibility, as is the quality of the guns shipped. If he didn't personally approve shipment of visibly questionable quality guns he did a poor job conveying his quality expectations to his team.
