Thanks again to Michael for posting the pictures. This rifle was made up at Niedners early in the 30's and it was done for Carlyn's father. I think it is a 06 Winchester action from the mid 20's. The barrel is Niedner made and so marked and is hand stippled on top the full length of the barrel. The stock is Shelhamer and the sights are Lyman front and rear.
A sweet little rifle which I have not fired yet but expect to soon.
As to the cat I am starting to doubt her claims to be a fantastic photographer. Since she came here I can't get any good gun pictures.
