I've had a Pelican 1750 for a couple of years now, and it's been great. Flown with it a bunch and with two scoped, and you can't tell it, on either the case or the rifles. I've not had the rifles' zero shift.
This model will hold two scoped bolt action rifles; for a break down shotgun, they make smaller ones. I like the clasps, and the fact that I can put four Master padlocks on it (I got a set of four, with same key, that are a perfect snug fit). The lining must be cut to the particular guns, easy to do with an electric carving knife. The downside is that it's not light, but then again, that may be a strength.
