These is a photo of Cashmore's multi grip gun - I can't quote the page as I don't have a copy - I gave the one I had away.

I hope the book is a readable overview with some interesting stuff for newbies and enough detail for more knowledgeable readers but it was never intended to be an all encompassing definitive work. As always, I learn more from others' feedback every time I publish an article or a book.
