I would caution against cylinder choke for the .410. There simply aren't enough pellets to make it a capable killer of game, or of clays. .005 is about the minimum choke necessary to get decent breaks. In fact briley considers .005 as Skeet. Most .410's are choked modified, even when they say that they are "Skeet". I wouldn't go below .005 myself.
I have an AYA with .25 choke as measured. That's supposed to be "extra full", but it works exceptionally well at Sporting Clays targets of various distances.
Again, that small bore is very susceptible to small changes in constriction and changes in ammunition.
