What barrel work? Chokes?, relay rib? sleeve?
Stocker, what kind of money we talking about?

I need new set of barrels. One side was blown. Hopefully be able to fit another set.
For the stock someone that is real good at repair or making a new stock.
I ask for a good barrel man and a good stocker.

My friend in Grand Rapids MI is one of the best at what you are looking for-- Brad Bachelder- he often gets barrel sets for LC Smith and Parker, both Damascus and Nitro proofed steel, and I have seen his work on stocks on several Elsies of mine-- Dewey Vicknair in PA, and of course, my friend in MO- Buck Hamlin- all are top shelf craftsmen..

Dave Trevallian is the man you want. He's the stocker and will find the best man to do your barrel work.

bob: the question skeettx axed re dollars is quite valid. some gunsmiths will work to your budget and provide you with the level of cosmetic perfection that you are willing to pay for...it is not efficent to make a referral without first knowing your budget and even better, it would be helpful to know more about the gun in question.
keep it simple and keep it safe...
