To me it looks like about like $6-700, if it locks up tight. If it wasn't re-proofed after lengthening the chambers, it is now "out of proof". This is very important to some buyers. If it has sufficient wall thickness and it fit me well and I planned to keep it for a reasonable length of time, I wouldn't care about the proof situation. JMO, I'm not an appraiser.
