I have a friend who is looking for a person that can reblue and clean up the wood and redo a leather pad on a Winchester 21. Is there any recomendations that I can pass on?

Ron,

Galazan does Winchester 21 repairs. I'm not sure his lead times or cost, but supposedly he's the authorized facility.
