Probably manufactured by Tomas de Urizar y Cia, Spain, 1955-?. Weiland's "Spanish Best" does not list this firm in the 1972 roster of Spanish gunmakers. Fjestad's Bluebook lists the Premier Regent as being from several manufacturers, both Spanish and Italian. Barrels from 26"-30", various chokes. Appears to be a low price gun, with the Bluebook from 2000 listing a Regent in 100% condition for something like $225 (from memory).
Tomas de Urizar built pistols and shotguns for about a dozen trade names (Premier, Secours, Venus, Express, Phoenix, etc.) as far back as 1905, maybe earlier.
