Hi gentlemen. I am seeking advise or information on a hammer drilling I recently saw at a shop. It's a 16x16x9.3/72. It has moderate engraving. It's complete and seems to function. Locks up tight and has decent finish/patina. The wood in intact but is a bit marked up with one chip. It does have a Monte Carlo style cheek pad. It has a under lever for the action and a top lever for the front trigger selector.

Ok. So the thing about this drilling that caught my eye is that when I picked it up I instantly knew it was the lightest one I have ever held. Under the 6 lb fox I usually carry. Indeed a hang scale verified it at 5.4 lbs the first go and 5.5 the second. This is one light drilling!

The proof marks were tough to read. The serial number is in the 700 range and it does not have the &sohns on the barrel. Only h Burgsmuller and the city/region.

Any information or thoughts as to things to inspect or relative value would be appreciated. Even more so any information on the maker would be great.
