Hey folks. Here are photos sent to me by my friend who is in the town where the shop is. I have since left that town and am back home in tulsa. Any thoughts? The proof marks are a bit tough to see. And the maker name seems to not really be engraved but something else. Not sure how to describe it. Maybe it's just not very deep.

Oh and to answer the other questions. It is a dollshead. And yes under and top lever. Under lever opens the gun. Top selects the rifle barrel. And 26" barrels.
