I just want to know the legal definition of original condition, missing parts should not matter if what is present is in original condition, original chambering etc. When I have a question I just call the ATF they are very helpful. I have received the same answer as RJH on this subject. I did enjoy your snide and snotty comments in your original post. I do live in Montana. I am a fourth generation Montanan and did not move here to skip out on taxes. After what happened in 2008 I was under the assumption people never applied any financial rules; just found ways to evade them.
