Sleeve and have done is the right answer where you come from. Sleeving is not as easily available or as cost effective in the US. Most barrels with major defects are just scrapped. Lot of effort to save a set of barrels that if in good condition would be worth what $200-400 dollars. 12 ga. barrels are easy to find with out having to rescue this set.
