FROM THE AD ON GUNBROKER

"This gun had the barrels retubed and reproofed by Westley Richards sometime in the past when, we believe the gun was restored"---?

I have never heard this termonology before. If the gun has new barrels, people say the gun was rebarreled, not "the barrels were retubed and reproofed"

This is a big question affecting the gun's value. Does anyone really know if it was sleeved ?
