I wouldn't venture a comment on the reliability of WR SSTs, but I am always concerned that that any SST, regardless of maker and original reliability, can be buggered by subsequent bad gunsmithing or even restocking. That is a difficult issue to evaluate when buying, unless you can have have a good gunsmith disassemble the gun and investigate whether the action or trigger have been messed with. It is not quite as bad as a bad set of barrels, but a major trigger repair or replacement would turn most guns upside down investment-wise, not to mention cause some heartache and headache. I prefer shooting DTs on field guns, most because of functionality, but it does also reduce the issues one has to worry about when buying a used Brit sxs.
