I picked up a full length case sight unseen with a small label in the lid marked Ogden Smiths & Hussey. I was thinking it might fit one of my single shot farkys but I think it more likely it was made for a bolt action. It has the 62 St James address so would be from 1921-1933. It is canvas and leather, nice condition. I could make a few minor modifications to get one of my rifles in it but I hate to do that. Are there many rifles out there by this maker??? I am considering passing it down the line. There may be someone out there praying to get their hands on a period, original case like this.
