If you are asking for speculation, well based on viewing potos it looks too good to be true. what i mean is that it is superb condition but the checkering appears too sharp. the diamonds are too poiinted. Late Utica guns; this one is 1938, didnt have that sharp a checkring based on several of my examples. the foirend appears to have a small spot that may have been a repaired dent and it just looks like a damaged seciton that was pulled up and made level again. the case color loos a little too green for me. The trigger guard looks a little too polished and shiny and the rear guard screw slot isnt crisp. I am sure there are other things to look at and question.
again, this is based on the photos and thats it. I cant say for sure without holding the gun in my hands. without holding it and looking at i in perosn, its a hrd one to jusdge but based on what i can see, I am not sure its original.
