Leave it as is, just have it checked for mechanical issues. If something is broken or excessively worn, fix it.

Collectors want original finish. Mess with that original finish and you'll lower the gun's value.

If "cleaning" the bbls involves polishing them, I wouldn't do it. I would just take some solvent to them and wipe away any grease or gunk.
