She won the Central Wisconsin Skeet League championship yesterday with a perfect 100 straight. 2nd place was 97.
She did it with an OU, but she and Mark are working on a sxs target gun for her.
Outstanding accomplishment!

Larry, Is that the girl's very first hundred? The 1st hundred is the hardest. I don't know if I would be in any hurry to make the change over to SxS for the young lady. They are harder to shoot than an O/U for many people and a perfect 100 straight may be a long time coming with a SxS, ESP with a light game gun. If she has to shoot competition skeet with a SxS, a heavy gun like a Model 21 would be the way to go IMHO. Anyway, congrats are due for a perfect score.

Congratulations go out to Sarah! She told us that this was actually her 2nd 100 straight. I can tell you that she handles and shoots a S x S that raises eye brows to all those that have had the pleasure of watching her shoot. Sarah and her father have a 32" Sterlingworth in the works as a target gun. Not only is Sarah a great shot, she's also a fine checkerer. Her father Mark refinished and she recut the checkering on a Parker DH for me.

As WS said, 2nd 100, but first in actual competition. She doesn't shoot registered--yet. Those who do here in Wisconsin might want to watch out!

Congratulations to Sarah! You couldn't have a better gun man than your dad working on your target gun. Jay
