One of the attractions to go to this service was that it was $5/mo cheaper than my cable bill and for the first 6 mos, it's $15/mo cheaper than my cable. DSL wasn't available at my house due to distance to the thingamabob. So, the increased speed is a bonus to a reduction in charges. No wet blankie. I realize that a lot of servers can't keep up that speed, but the extra neighborhood network capacity will keep the speed consistant... at least for a while until it becomes loaded up I suppose.

Much as I like being in the sticks and envy Miller's ability to poke a barrel out a window for a shot, I've picked my suburban bed and I'm satisfied with most of it, given that I'm neither pauper nor patroon. Maybe someday when I retire....
