For a chain as large as they are, they do a pretty good job. Not perfect and not every employee is an expert on everything, but what do you expect really? As for the lazy guy who answered the phone fielding your ammo inquiry, there is no excuse for that type of behavior. On guns......deals are where you find them and I found my best buy ever at Cabela's.
