Only for people who don't use proper resizing equipment and depend on poor dimensional resizing press station collars, or other poor equipment. Takes all kinds to make a world I guess.

Reloaders who know what they are doing use the 'free standing' MEC Super Sizer, or similar equipment, which sizes hulls to tighter specs than factory ammo therefore creating reloads where even tight chamber guns always remain problem free, no matter how hot they get.

I guess you can lead a horse to water though...?...
