This is the trip of a lifetime and will include the hunt, lodging, food, unlimited bar and ground transportation in country.
(non inclusive will be ammo, airfare, tips, gun permit or license!


There will be a shootoff in this category only in case of ties!



Sub Events

The shoot will consist of sub-events in 410, 28, 20, 16, 12 and 10ga and there will be 2 divisions ( Hammer and Hammerless ) in each gauge.

SPORTING CLAYS (50 TARGETS) $60.00

5-STAND (25 TARGETS) $35.00

HUNTING COURSE (40 TARGETS) $50.00

LONG BIRD (10 PAIRS) $30.00

ZEE - ZEE BIRDS (20 TARGETS) $60.00

PRIZES FOR ALL OF THE SUB EVENTS WILL BE CASH, PAID OUT 1st, 2nd and 3rd IN PERCENTAGE OF MONEY COLLECTED FOR ENTRY PLUS A TROPHY TO THE 1ST PLACE WINNER IN EACH EVENT! ADDITIONAL CALCUTTA'S ALLOWED IF ENTRANTS PERMIT. SHOOTERS WILL ALL SHOOT FROM SAME POSITION IN EACH GAUGE CLASS, IF A TIE EXISTS IN CLASS, THE WINNER WILL BE DETERMINED BY LONG RUN ( SUB EVENTS ONLY). THIS IS A SXS EVENT ONLY! Spoke with one of the organizers. They have added some additional vendors. Prospect Hall is one of the finest private shooting facilities in the country, about an hour and a half from Washington & Baltimore. Should be a very nice event.

I have only so much time and cash for shows and shoots , and this one being only 3 weeks after the southern side by and 2 weeks before the northeastern at hidden hollows is an over load for me in short period of time. both of the latter are established shoots and I recommend next year the organisers of this new one pleeze schedule it some time between hidden hollows and the vintagers cup , as in late july or so. good luck with the shoot. i thought it was named the east panhandle, have you now changed that name to mid atlantic and fine arms show? also the shooting pricing seems a bit steep and altho i know there are some pay backs included in the fare, will you have score keepers at the stations or will this be a score it yourself set up?

What is happening at this shoot and show? I see a very few posts on fox and parker web sites on some guns that were brought in but almost nothing on the shooting, course, facility and numbers of table dealers and shooters. What say you who are there? How is the course? Will winners be posted on the web site?

Did I hear correct the course was set with manual traps ? Is the organizer or one of his people or some shooters going to post more details?

The PGCA has more than one thread on more than one subforum with pictures and comments. Prospect Hall mormally posts shoot results on their own website, but I don't know when this will happen.

The results are posted on the PGCA site by shoot promoter Chuck Brunner. They are in the subforum "General Parker Discussions". Other info and pictures of the shoot are in the "Hammer Guns" and "Events" subforums.

One month and counting since this shoot and scores are not on the promoter's web site or on Prospect Hall web site. How many shooters, scores and who won the fabulous trip? Advertising was done on this site but results posted on the parker site? Well thats just ducky if you are a parker guy. Is that the only gun mfr. that showed up? Mr. eightbore you seem to be in the know. would you please give us a straight up report here?
