For a person who is interested in the final outcome of a project price is not the deciding thing. Now if you are thinking about selling the gun in the short term it must be. If the owner gets 20 years pleasure and use out of that "new" old gun his money will be well spent . You would spend more than 20 years looking for that gun and never find it. Money you may make more of but time once spent is never recovered. Spend money foolishly not time if you must. That is a great gun and will last several more lifetimes.
