I don't begrudge any man an honest profit or compensation for his time, I just don't want him stealing from me.

People who provide a needed service for a reasonable fee also have a great opportunity to sell additional services and goods.

This is lost on some otherwise good business people. A customer who is overcharged, treated poorly, or otherwise made to feel a nuisance is a one time customer.
