Excellent choice, I firmly believe that whiskey, like a woman, should be old enough to date. Further that it must be drunk straight up from a wide glass. The water, very cold, in a tall narrow glass between the sips of the good stuff. My mother, though Irish, taught me water is for tea and fish it does not go in whiskey.
