Delivered this one a short time ago, thought this forum would enjoy some of the detail. Okay, I think I got it fixed. Thanks for the correction. LRF, I do convert the sprflds to two position. That is a very elegant rifle. The mineral lines in the wood, case hardened bolt shroud and scope rings, checkered buttplate and checkering is beautiful. Nice work !

looks good Jim but you may want to check those pictures a bit closer. Pictures 3 and 5 from the top show an equally nice Mauser, not an '03. Steve

And I was just about to ask how one went about fitting a Mauser shroud and cocking piece to a Springfield!
Actually, No. 2 looks like a Model 70 with a Dunlap gas shield.

Jim, As earlier noted your pictures are of 2 different guns.
Also I know you make M70 style safeties for Mausers, do you also make them for the 1903, like the one shown in your picture?

The one pictured is a LaPour three position; I do convert the originals to a two position.
