I think the technical term for that stock is "half-pistol" hand.
Full pistol in Greener's time would usually have had a flat ended knob - maybe you could call it a cross between the half-pistol and pow styles. Nothing like what I would call a full-pistol grip today.
The owner can check out his stock against Greeners data but the figures seem to indicate a fairly standard set-up for dah & dac.
