I have a 20 ga Red Label that is being converted. The smith started the regulation process yesterday. It is being set up as a 45/70 with 22 inch barrels. The barrels are a bit heavy but they have the same basic contour as the old shotgun barrels so the forend gets used again as is. Saves time.

He's regulating it with 300 grain Remington factory ammunition to keep the pressure down. The action might be strong enough for the +P ammo out there but I'm not going to try it. Don't need it for what I hunt.

He's setting a rib on it and it will have iron sights and be set up for a Red Dot.
