Bill, I have great admiration for your good sense of fine Guns... I saw on SS that you had gotten yours.I know you love the leather pad, but how do you rate it, you know, over all ???? Hope you really like it mate Franc

The gun is so over the top that it is hard to describe without pictures. I'm trying to get The Lovely Linda to take some pictures so I can get them to someone to post. I have only shot 75 shells out of it, without a glitch. Bill Murphy

Well Bill that's just lovely, glad you love it..Please put up a few pic's, would ya? Could you describe exactly what you mean by "Over the top" ? You mention that you know Tony G, do think that helped you get a better gun?, no harm in that, just wondered if that had anything to do with over the top Quality....just curious , & nothing meant but good luck with it from my end...Would OLd Owleye approve?? Cheers franc

I don't think "knowing someone" will get you a better gun. My gun is as good as they get and I will post a picture as soon as I can get my wife to assist me. I don't know Mr. Galazan any more than anyone who attends side by side events and high end gun shows does. He is not a bad guy.

What a beautiful gun. Except they forgot to put on one of the triggers. What type of shooting will you use it For?

I hunt and do sporting clays with SxS's and I thought this would be a nice change. If it shoots as well as it looks and feels then I will be one happy guy. I easily adapt from double to single trigger and back and it only came that way. It is heavy enough for clays and light enough for hunting. On my way to the FFl to pick it up I really had to concentrate on not speeding. Nice to get excited once in a while.

I got mine about 2 months ago. Have only shot it once. Nice gun, but I'm not sure it's up to all the hype. You could get a Beretta 680 series gun for less money, and it feels the same to me

It sorta' looks like an O/U version of the RBL. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
Best, Ted
