I own 6lb10oz 12ga Ithaca 37 with choke tubes and box of Winchester Expert Steel 4s is about $8 at Walmart so no lead shot use would not really concern me. I sold my last old double long before soft non-tox hit $100 per 25 shells.
I suspect most shot is made from reprocessed lead and imported stuff so I would not be concerned yet, but trust me the storm is gathering on the horizon.
