You have the date range correct. Simple proof, no indication of double or triple proof. Again pictures of the entire gun would help.

Like the 12ga, this one needs to be seen be a competent gunsmith. Have the chambers measured as well as the barrel wall thickness.

Would like to send a big thank you to all who helped me with this.
I now know quite a few details about the guns.
The date of the *T stamp does not align with the memories of two of my uncles so I'm not sure if I will ever know for certain which gun was my Grandpa's.
I do know that I am now a big fan of the patterns these barrels can have. Looking forward to the day when I see what patterns these barrels might be hiding.
