The Richland 200s of my knowledge were made by Zabala Hermanos.
They are acceptable guns.

Firing pins are front removable and you might wish to redo the pins and plates to a smaller diameter for rifle conversion.

Should work just fine, will you be doing barrel inserts or new barrel set?
