Jerry V Lape Sidelock Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 2,522 Tempe, AZ	If it is like the Krieghoff 32, which it is supposed to be, remove the butt plate, get a long screwdriver and unscrew the through bolt which attaches the stock to the receiver. Once that is out the stock should slide off.
