Might want to be careful with with that suggestion, as we can't tell for sure if it was proofed with powder S, from 1896 or powder S2 from 1898. A few of the powders from that era had a tough time making the 12,000 psi minimum set by the Brussels convention, and all but powder T were gone by 1914 as proof powders, but, still available commercially. Either form of powder S is semi-smokeless, and not a true smokeless powder.
I wouldn't be in a hurry to feed hot loads to any Lunette Ideal, it is an old gun, for sure.
