Good advice from Damascus. To restore it, that is if the barrel is o.k.; which I doubt, would cost more that the guns value. William Palmer Jones made some good guns; which this once was. He specialised to some degree in live pigeon trap guns and was well known in this area. There is plenty of information on this maker and I can post some if you wish. It is a shame it was neglected as it looks as if it was once a good one. No value as it is other than as a wall hanger. I can only give it to you from the English perspective but opinions may differ in the U.S. Lagopus.....

I am sure it could not be safely shot. When I briefly handled it to take the pics, the barrels were paper thin at the muzzle. Now that I've convinced my folks of the (lack of) value, I'll be picking up the gun next time I visit them, so I'll check it out in more detail.
