Try a search under Casa de Uriguen. I have a gun that appears to be the same as yours and this is the maker.Also, Jose Uriguen.I have some info on this maker but can't access it until after work.

Carder says they were made by Urien of Eibar, circa 1960, distributed by AKAH of Vermont USA and imported thru Albrecht Kind of Germany.. MDC
