It was very confusing at first because it has a horn buttplate, Schnabel forend and a rounded bottom pistol grip without cap. None of the things you would associate with Owen. Also the rifle had been sent to G&H at one time for a side mount, barrel-band sling swivel and front sight. I'm not sure why more of these have not shown up over the years.
