Looking at a particular gun that needs some cosmetic work. It has a few pits that if purchased i would want struck out. But may be too deep too strike. Who if anyone you suggest does this type of welding?

That was a stike out. That service only works on antique guns made before 1898.
Anyone else know of a service that offers welding up pits and other blemishes?

The website says: My TIG welding is limited to antique firearms, and some components of fine 20th century sporting arms. "Fine 20th century sporting arms" were all built after 1898.

Anyone else know of a service that offers welding up pits and other blemishes? He works on components (parts other than the frames) of some 20th century guns. He doesn't have an FFL. He picks and chooses his work. He will (most likely) pass on a job offered to fix up an 870 bbl, but will do work on a nice SxS. Depending on what part needs to be repaired, he may be able to help you out.
