He works on components (parts other than the frames) of some 20th century guns. He doesn't have an FFL. He picks and chooses his work. He will (most likely) pass on a job offered to fix up an 870 bbl, but will do work on a nice SxS.
Depending on what part needs to be repaired, he may be able to help you out.
