It seems to me that Dr. Bob can't do much until the certified check is cashed. So she keeps shopping the gun around to see if she can get a better price than the one she negotiated with Dr. Bob. If she can't she drops the gun off at Dr. Bob's. If she does get a better offer she returns Dr. Bob's check. She looks too young to be that slick. Maybe she PhotoShopped a couple of decades off her face? Or course I am a contractor and not a lawyer. But I have inadvertently dealt with lots of rascals in my thirty some odd years of contracting. Someone linked to a complaint about what is ostensibly her business titled "Ms.K". But the linked complaint article only mentioned a Bryan - nothing about a woman.
