Recognizing I'm in fact not immortal I've been selling off "project" guns although I still dabble in them. I just rehabbed a 16ga Remington 11-48. I believe this was the 1st in line for Remington semi-autos. One thing I noticed is how much better the quality is on the 11-48 internals when compared to later auto like the 1100s.
What becomes a game for me is when I open a drawer or go into an seldom used closet and pull out a gun and can't for the life of me remember where I got it or why I even bought it.
