Newf, mic your bore or slug it somehow and check for how much choke, if any. You should be able to extrapolate a load from the weight of the round ball, ( which should be right at 1 ounce ), as compared to the weight of a load of shot. I have a 16 bore RB mold that I'll check the diameter of for you if interested. I THINK...Seyfried did some work on the kind of loads you're looking for and wrote them up in DGJ. I know there's been some BP loads worked up. In a single shot I would be more than happy with a good BP load.
